Companies has been spending a lot money towards recruiting agency. A lot of employees go to networking events, hackathons, and many other places where they can meet potential recruit. These are the people eventually going to interview potential hires anyway. Using Employee Sourcing, employees can go out to these networking events after work, and when they see someone they like, they can easily referal it back to the HR department. When the potential hiree gets hired, employee gets bonus for signing them up rather than the recruiting agencies, this way we are rewarding in house employees.
