“How is the integrity of the profiles maintained in a pay for listing model if you use advertisers?”
Womentum would set standards on what kind of person would be shown. Such standards would revolve around how and why a specific woman achieved success, as well as the magnitude and impact of this success to her industry. Thus, even though companies can pay for promoting a particular employee, she would still have to meet the standards. Also, we would like to promote groundbreaking women who do not have the means to pay for a post.

“Unclear how much impact this would have on actually getting more women into the tech workforce.”
Thank you! To address your concern about actually getting women into the tech workforce, our chrome extension would be a space for business owners and companies to find potential employees. We envision Womentum as a resource for companies to seek out employable users by posting specific jobs, and in turn, users would be able to reach out to their ideal company and begin the job-search-process from a place of inspiration.

This has great potential if you explore using the right platform and marketing it to the right audience. Expansion of this core idea is inevitable. Consider your mobile market with expanding further ideas.

I like that you don't have to download an app. Might be tough to build business off of Chrome extension. Would be cool to expand this into a full Womentum "pack" of extensions/Chrome apps.
