Electronic recycling plants are closing because of the recent drop in commodity prices leading to farther trips. The system cries out for efficiency.... The Customer Journey: Customer navigates to Waste to Cash App. She enters the following information: email, postcode, payment preference, ewaste items for disposal, agreement to terms and conditions. The algorithm calculates the best container to receive her deposit with 2 alternatives. The customer chooses the best recycling point for their needs. The system provides an email that tells her what items she promised to deposit, along with directions to her chosen ewaste container.
