look at incorporating group discounts and also look at the business model take a click off the hourly charge and also charge the dog walker to be on the site. you could also use this to get students or elderly people to walk dogs in their areas.

The issues around building trust and rapport with dog owners and walkers would be an interesting problem to solve.

Great simplicity. Suggest there would be challenges around leakage, eg dog walkers end up engaging directly with dog owners rather than through the platform. Community building may need to be hyper local.

Definitely a need for this. Do I get a discount if you are group walking many dogs? Would be good if you could manage the pick up / drop off of dogs without me being at home. That is a more pressing need.
