Very good use of text messaging. Especially since in a lot of these communities, not everyone uses Twitter. It would be worthwhile to check on other similar projects and see what kind of successes and failures they have had in deploying this.

If you can run everything through TOR before it gets to VozLocal, this could be amazing. You need to protect the user and VozLocal from those who could take the identity data by force or trickery.
