About

Our project aims at using Alexa skills for holding HR questionairre round during a company interview. Confidence level and personality traits will be predicted along with analysis of sentiments with the usage of IBM APIs.

Using Alexa for HR interviews is a useful use-case, more so for BPOs and companies that hire in bulk, but maybe not so much for more niche product companies, which have a more prominent HR aspect.

Indians prefer screens over conversation. (Google/Siri/Alexa have admitted this, if you follow them on press). Interview practicing is a good use case. Actual HR rounds probably cannot be replaced by this.
