@Derek Gallimore: (continuation on my comment...since it accidentally got entered, and I can't delete, edit or even add comments under that due to site error) but we manage the cost by only scheduling each household to a monthly schedule that's aligned with the rest of the community. We allot a cost of P4,200 to service 60 households, giving a rough cost of 15% of what we can potentially earn from the average household. This is another reason why our redeemable rewards are only up to 60% value to account for this cost and have some operating profit (roughly 25%).

Great idea. Dont make it too complicated. Offer it as something that would be convenient for the homeowners. You might not even need to give them rewards. Turn it to a mission that they are contributing to a cause

Too many moving parts, big question if consumers would be interested to make it. However it is great idea, but change to model is needed.

Not a fan of the UI and the execution as much as I am of the idea. I think the operation process needs work, but it shows a lot of potential.

A good concept of monetizing waste. Economics would improve with scale which is good. I think the logistics of picking things up would be very expensive, and especially with logging it and recording it. I query the profitabiliy

Hi Derek, I do agree that logistics is not as cheap here in the Philippines which is one of the reasons that some homeowners do not even take the effort to sell at a recycling center.
