We investigated various data files as a part of this process and were able to ingest KML, GeoJSON, WMS, NITS, and Shapefile data. Of that group we were able to create an initial (partial) working solution with KML and GeoJSON interactively on a map. This is built on top of our content mapping analyst suite that is currently under internal development (OpenSeas and Pulse).
