About

Customer Complaint Posting - A page that let the PLDT Customers post his/her complaints and problems regarding the PLDT Services PLDT Notification - Upon submiting the complaint, PLDT can view customer's who has complaints and problems regarding the services they offered. Maintenance Scheduling - PLDT can track availability of employees in order to solve the problem of the customer, the PLDT can notify the customer about the scheduled maintenance, what's up with PLDT and when will the problem be solved. Rebate Tracking - Whenever there is a downtime with the PLDT Services, the system can generate billing statement and deduct the downtime from the original billing statement. The customer need the approval of PLDT regarding this matter. Customer's Freedom Wall -It is like a forum wherein the PLDT Customers can ask questions and post insights about PLDT Services and other customers can post his/her response regarding the thread.
