In the present time e-commerce has won over a large section of population, specially urban youth. With every a passing day e-commerce is winning new users across the nation. However the older generation is very slow in adapting e-commerce platform as they are not very comfortable using smartphones or computers. Similarly visually challenged and dyslexic people also find it difficult to use e-commerce sites. We have come up with a solution, "thisbazaar", which is a chatbot based marketplace.Chatbot makes it very easy to navigate the maze of marketplace with voice command with minimal input through keyboard. This makes e-commerce accessible for those who have difficulty in using smartphone or computer keyboards due to physical conditions or are unable to handle technology. "thisbazaar" is going to revolutionize the e-commerce world as it will draw those users who were so far not able to access e-commerce due to difficulty with keyboard inputs.
