Termin2go is a platform to bring service providers and customers together. Example: a barber shop can administer his address, opening hours, employees etc. and the customers can search for a barber shop in their area and directly make an appointment if there's a free slot. Benefit for the service provider: * additional distribution channel * less effort to make appointments with the customers * control capacities (reduce over-capacity by providing discounts, special handling for last minutes bookers and early birds) * real-time revenue barometer * Termin2go doesn't come as an asset, but as a service Benefit for the customer: * can make appointments 24/7 * can easily get an overview of the services providers in his area * can rate the service quality/read the rating of the service provider * gets a reminder in a customer defined period before the appointment (SMS, E-mail) Business Case: * Service providers pay a monthly fee
