Analyzes applicants video/telephonic interview and generates summary and our algorithm generates applicants confidence level scores 2. Parses applicants resume and suggests further reading/learning to improve better 3. Extract key content from resume to shortlist applicant for jobs 4. Populates company details and single click feature to apply for jobs 5. Suggests company profile status (profit/loss) 6.Generate summary documents of videos

I feel the interview disconnection will be a big issue for many. Picking the right people at an interview is vital for organisational success. I feel this will be the main issue you will have.

Online interview - video conferencing tool. Start with problem statistics and or examples - what is the market? How are you going to make money? I think this is really cool but I am not sure how the sentiment analysis is going to provide enough information.
