About

Talking Local-E allows users to instantly communicate with people nearby without the hassle of having to go through any sort of signup or sign in process. After users navigate to the site, their IP addresses are pulled and they are able to chat to anyone whose IP address indicates that they are nearby. Users can chose to create or subscribe to a particular local channel
