The application connects office seekers to those who own offices and have extra spaces willing to sublet. The office owner is able to list a couple of services offered by the office such as wifi connectivity and the furniture given in the office such as desks chairs shelves or coat hangers. He/She also lists the price of rent and specifies whether it is negotiable or not. The application shows office spaces close to the seeker's location.
