+++ StarCross'd allows people to communicate with their friends by pointing their phones to the stars and sending a message. The message is displayed in the recipient's augmented reality world on their phone at the same position in the cosmos that the sender was looking at. In this way, users can experience the shared moment of looking at the same star while communicating, although they may be separated on Earth by mountains, oceans, and time. StarCrossed is powered by HP's Idol OnDemand, and already comes with sentiment analysis of messages. This leaves the door open in the future for organizations to intelligently broadcast their messages in the stars based on the particular thoughts that users have while gazing at specific parts of the sky.
