Customer Satisfaction is the key for the growth and survival of any business. Typically enterprises / businesses have Customer care Centers to help their customers instantly. One of the challenges businesses face is how do they quantify the satisfaction of their customers when they call them up. Traditionally IVRS Ratings have worked but it is manual and not every customer likes to fill it up. Our vision is to create an Automated system which listen to the conversation between the business and the customer and automatically extracts the sentiment out of the conversation.
