Real estate is one of the most globally recognized sector, however the same is plagued with several problems. About 65% of the disputes in the court of law of every district is with respect to ownership/title of the property. The application will provide a technical solution for real estate transactions with the help of hyperledger fabric blockchain. The application will ensure paperless, efficient, tamper-proof, immutable records of the properties. It will further provide a platform for the buyer and seller to enter/negotiate deals and will help the government agency to further register such transactions.
