Very cool approach to getting girls interested in tech! If this is the hackthon prototype over a weekend I'm super interested to see what you can produce as a real company!

-Great personal opening. The lead up is impactful, but a bit long. I'm excited to hear the solution and what you built.
-Love the hardware/software/jewelry expertise combo, and the mention of funding.
-Great notion to marketing to the parents, to get to the girls.
-Really quite amazing on the execution.
-I would suggest thiking about partnerships, content, etc. to keep girls engaged AFTER the bracelet is built. Can we answer: How do we spark the interest at 6-10 and get them to commit to courses, etc.?

your idea rocks. issue is clear and i think is a big gap in market.
the execution itself needs to be refined to make it really wearable and desirable to target market. but great effort so far creating the prototype.
would be great to see your next steps and overview of the key learning topics.
be very clear about your target market: i.e. young girls to start with, and then look for expansion opportunities. Would be great for you to think about the education you want to deliver, in stages, then purposefully build the technology to deliver those specific skill sets.
i'd buy this for my daughter.
there are so many options of where to take this, your challenge may be refining the opportunity to deliberate marketable stages with a clear MVP.

Love the concept! Great team. There is a real need for girl toys that are educational. My guess is it will be easy to get PR around it.

Think the intention here is great. It's good that you understand the cost to produce a kit: do think about what your distribution strategy will be and how you'll manage inevitable competition from cheap knock offs. (Thinking about the way the elastic band friendship bracelet craze played out).

I recommend finding a curriculum and competition component in the schools that is linked to this product. For this to have max impact girls, teachers and vocational counsellors need to see engineering as cool!
