About this event
The task is to construct a final hardware product either static or dynamic, in order to explain any phenomenon of Science and Technology or to depict the working of any application of engineering studies. You can take reference from the themes provided.

Round 1 Details (Info Bridge)
In this round, participants will require to submit the info regarding their Idea. A format is provided in the link below. Fill it & send it in PDF format. Link to Download: https://bit.ly/2HL4qdx Note: This is NOT a qualifier round. There will be no judgment in this round. But this will be a necessary condition to complete the registration.
Round 2 Details (Online Prototype Verification)
In this round, the participants will submit their improved Abstract with all specifications. Participant must show their prototype (Product) via the Google Meet platform. The link of Google Meet will be provided by the management team a day before the presentation. Note: This is a Screening Round.
Round 3 Details (Finals: Online Product Exposition)
In this round, the participants will present their static or dynamic final hardware product. Real final product will be highly appreciated along with the PowerPoint presentation for making things clear about their idea. There will be a time limit of 8 minutes for model presentation and rest 5 minutes for answering queries of the judging panel.
Eligibility: All the Students currently pursuing education from recognized institutes are allowed to take part in the event.
Date of Main Event: 5th and 6th December 2020 (Tentative)
Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Adjustment)
Platform: Google Meet
Rules & Regulations:
- Registration can be done in a group of maximum 4 and minimum 1 participant.
- This platform welcomes anyone with the perspective to present their idea. In a team, members can be from different institutes too.
- The Team Name should be unique and not contain the name of your institute in any form.
- No inter-branch restrictions.
- Teams will have their Team ID which will be used for further contacts and process of Junior Hardware Hackathon.
Submissions:
- Each team has to select its Problem Statement while registering.
- By the end of Registration and final product verification, teams will be allowed to present their models in front of a jury and judgment will be based on the feasibility, practicability, sustainability, scale of impact, user experience and potential for future work.
