Seems to be a good idea. But need to examine the scientific possibility of it. Nevertheless the thought process is good. Can develop from this. Seems to have no idea about the financials of it.

Need certain critical mass to make it useful. Relative positioning in a collapsed building isn't convincing. Having mobile app installed for all users for a potential disaster may not be practical. However, good thinking and there may be potential other applications.

Logic seems to beat especially when used under a distress situation , A body heat radar would have been fare better than the the traingulation procedure .
