Buyers, especially middlemen, own transportation fleet and are willing to pick up scrap from sellers.

Initially, we plan to capture them as our first beachhead customers but, in the future, after scaled up, we plan to provide logistical support.

Our target customers are both scrap buyers and sellers. Sellers are factories that produce tons of scraps from manufacturing.

Buyers can be middle men (1st beachhead), factories that use scraps as a raw material for their product (because some scraps are still in good quality) or individuals who have specific needs for scraps such as product designer.
