What will you do with a pocket-size quantum random number generator?
Try to answer this challenging question and win the invitation to the Hackathon finals that will be held at the CERN Idea Square, in Geneve.
Participation is simple:
i. Build your team (3 people max)
ii. Write a project and send it to email@example.com before March 8th 2020
iii. The 15 best proposals will be invited (Via e-mail by March 15th 2020) to the finals:
24h to develop and present their idea @ CERN IdeaSquare centre
– food voucher to be used @ CERN canteen
– Free Coffee, Tea and Snacks all day/night long
iv. Win the competition and bring home:
3000€ for the best project,
2000€ for the second-best
1000€ for the third-best
Participation Fee: FREE. Cost of the organisation will be covered thanks to the ATTRACT-EU funding (This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 777222)

You can prepare the project development either at home or during the 24h Final at CERN, except that the following should be performed at CERN:
Embedding the Random Power Generator into your project; Qualifying your project in terms of performance and advantages connected to the use of the Random Power platform with respect to classical approaches. You will have to present your solution during the Evaluation Phase. You can use slides as you wish.
