The participants are supposed to make their code / work available as open source projects

The participants has to be inclusive of everyone attending Hackathon irrespective of their gender, geographical, economical, educational background as the idea of Hackathon is to bring collaboration between a diverse set of people

The participants can bring their own testing devices, IC's and any other electronic equipment which are essential for the Hackathon. They should take responsibility of the device that they have brought in and should not create any harm to other participants in the Hackathon

The 24 Hour Hackathon let you access the venue and the organizing team won't be responsible for any mishaps happening outside the premises of the venue [ 91Springboard, Gurgaon]

• The use of alcohol / drugs / cigarettes of any form is strictly prohibited and candidates will be disqualified if they got caught within the premise of the Hackathon.
• The participants are not supposed to verbally/ mentally/ physically/ sexually harass anyone who is part of RHoK Hackathon / 91Springboard and any violation of the same will lead to disqualification along with strict actions
• The participants shall strictly listen to the organizing team for the best of the organization and event.
• The organizing team has authority to change the agenda of the event
• Any personal disputes / uncomfortable situation has to be reported to the organizers without any hesitation. We are bound to offer a hostile work environment for attendees

Any decision made by organizers regarding event shall be final.
