What is it ? Is an application that connects sport newbies to experienced coaches How it works? -Joining is free for coach and trainees -Trainees can search coaches into local area based on specifications, ratings and needs post reviews and connect to other trainees -Once the coach finish certain number of trainings premium futures will allow them to create paid sessions, trainees will pay in app for the session -Project x peers a % of the charge -Suppliers can join and provide sports gears and Trainees can buy gears, -Trainers will be able to contacted for advices on methods, places and gears This application will eliminate the time that you needed to find information regarding your fitness activities. will connect with people who have experience without costing you a fortune. we need more people feeling the need of a sport activity finding the motivation from people who like mentoring.

This is an app that will have Chicken and egg issues... How do you get the trainers and the trainees listed? You have mentioned so many future dev opportunities here such as Building the payment gateway, Build a scheduling engine and Selling merchandise - I like that! Looking forward for other opportunities is a good thing! Well done.

to resolve the chicken issue, we can get list of coaches from local directories and bring them on board. let the coaches know by sending some gentle reminder and they have an option

so they can opt out from our proposal. so once we have Coaches on board it's would be easy to convince trainees to use our App.

I have visited couple of app alike and none of them have all scheduling, payment and merchandise in one place so definitely there is potential. we will keep working on MVP in comming months so stay tuned.

Once we have enough registration, for funding, idea is to approach sport gear suppliers to provide exclusive deals for trainees who are taking classes.

It's Both, Idea is to let trainee to find best coach and for coach, they can have hassle free scheduling and payment management so they don't have to leave app.

great idea should look at providing bulk discounts for people who chose the same trainer business model needs work charge the trainers and introduction rate or a percentage of the ongoing fees.

Too much focus on the mechanics of the API and not enough on the business model. Need to have acquisition story for both sides of the marketplace - need to get trainers and trainees. Design was well done for short time allowed.

Thanks Roger, and you are spot on the story, we keep in mind next time. Plan was to include session scheduling to show real potential for business. we will keep working for idea and make MVP and see how market will respond.
