to create a unified, national-wide ID that can be used in all Gov and business transactions and based on distributed Blockchain government database. Several Use Case Scenarios: Identity Verification: With Blockchain National ID card, Identity verification is a simple process to be completed within moments. • With Blockchain National ID, the individual selects the necessary fields in the accompanying Blockchain Card’s App (name, address, age, image etc.). • Social Security Cards, Employment Cards, VISAs, Health Cards, and many other cards can be added to the Blockchain Card. • The individual shares with the Agent performing the checking process the actual card images along with specific required information on each card. • Each single data, for each field or card being verified, is hashed, and compared to the signed hash of the same info which is on the Blockchain, along with any related certifications shared that authenticate the data. • Certified information passing the certification process will be displayed as “certified” whereas non-certified information will be highlighted as “uncertified” on the Agent’s device. No-Password-Required Logins: • Individual enters their username or scans a QR code. • Individual receives a notification to authenticate using a Touch ID. • Individual verifies login. • Completed authentication in secure manner. Financial Services Credentials: Financial services usually target qualifying individuals for the financial instruments they offer. Such qualifications include: credit cards, auto loans, Home Equity Line of Credit, etc. and this in turn requires separate payments for the credit check. Blockchain National ID can facilitate the process a lot through a simple procedure: • Blockchain National ID can help an institution verify the eligibility of an individual for certain qualifications (ex: credit line score greater than 500). • The user is given the credit line score and it's saved locally on their phone and that individual's certification is hashed and then digitally signed by the banks private key and placed onto the blockchain. • This certification by the customer may be passed to any other associated institution. • A big bonus is that the certification was done by a trusted certifier, which means a re-check of the qualification would be unnecessary. This saves the financial institution a lot of resources allowing the transaction to be done in real-time. Traveling Procedures at Airports and Hotels: Blockchain will use its data along with facial recognition techniques to verify airline passengers and facilitate the travel real-time data flow in both airports and hotels. • After the passenger uploads their travel documents, they are encrypted and hashed on the bitcoin blockchain. • Something called a “Travel Token” will be assigned to each passenger. The airline uses these tokens to review the uploaded traveling documents using a public key. • Wherever the passenger presents this token, any airline terminal connected to this system will be able to verify their identity. How is Blockchain National ID different from any other Digital ID? Blockchain National ID card gives individuals complete control over their personal info and with whom they share it with. It offers open and secure storage for all data and transactions. It’s both decentralized; not under the control of any other institution, and immutable; no records can be changed but only added, which combined with identity verification will create a digital watermark for all online transactions. How will the government benefit from Blockchain National ID? 1. Verification: Verifying all kind of documents, licenses, transactions, events etc. 2. Movement of assets: Transferring assets from one person/entity to another, allowing direct payments, executing contracts etc. 3. Ownerships: Any Land registries, properties, and any type of real estate ownership. 4. Identities: Issuing blockchain e-identities to its citizens, enabling them to securely use and have access to a variety of services and rights.
