I stated during my presentation, the iOS app I coded by myself and from scratch is for use by my own 509(a)(2) scientific research organization that invites foreign nationals to the USA on a B-1 Business Visitor Visa to conduct independent research. I didn't imply I was offering this mobile app as a possible commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software solution for public use. I did not imply I need or want investment from a VC. Additionally, I focused my discussion to the ESRI staff member who asked me a technical question. I respect that. I disfavor any oppositional comments written online especially after time was allotted for judges to speak to me directly with smart questions but did't use the time.
