Also, management of multiple people at once is best feature -- hints at possible scaleability. Team needs more competitive research, as this topic is extremely popular lately.

Using exisitng API to improve elderly's health care which is a great one. Innovation should meet the target audience's using experience.

I think the tech integration is good but I still hold my ground in terms of user interviews. I think it seems like there are too many channels, SaaS, bot, and iPad for interactions. It seems like it's feature rich but not sure whether it's to what elderly can conquer.
