The Application searches the candidate based on the Skills, Age and Location. It provides you the Match results based on the algorithm. Also its has Chat and Video Calling feature. With Chat feature you can refer your friends in your current company also you can create groups on this portal.

Much Appreciated Sir. We could only think of 3-4 things to consider for current demo but due to time constraints we could only achieve this much. But going further we plan to build a system which is not only job specific but it will bring people under one roof for referrals etc. Also company prefers a person who stays near by office location in most of the cases basis which we have implemented the demo.You can also get filters to sort the candidates. Your suggestions will be highly valued.

I don't find this to be real social. job is a huge market, but team needs to think of solving the real pain. Current idea is basic with a social angle to it.
