For standard contracts, it can save a lot of time. For new/difficult contracts, the value prop is not clear

Pitching your work
1. Be passionate
2. Right person for the pitch
3. Be prepared, know flow of application
4. Get rest
5. First 30 seconds stating problem and solution, 60 seconds demoing application, last 30 seconds
6. Briefly state next steps for future. No need to show entire business development.
7. No need to memorize. Stick to bullet points and expand on them 'by ear'.
8. Do application demo and pitch simultaneously. One person driving computer from podium while main presenter is speaking on stage.
9. Anticipate questions. Have answers ready.
10. Practice beforehand with your team. Make sure you feel comfortable and natural.
