Antonio has been wanting to solve this problem, which he and millions of other face - for many years. Antonio teamed up with two developers - Tal & Nirvana, and in just under 24 hours were able to map several of Cambridge's T station, create a station mapping interface, and interface to 4 APIs: TripAdvisor (for recommendations), PayPal for fundraising and contributions to incentivise the crowd-mapping of stations around the world. Windows Azure for rapid deployment of flexible server hardware Nuance API for speech recognition and text to speech In the demo shown on-stage the text-to-speech was fed directly from the backend database, and the route was selected based on Antonio's voice prompts (which station he starts and ends his journey, which entrance / exit he is interested in taking, etc)
