POP is a smart rewards platform for relevant, personalized offers. POP solves 2 problems: consumers not getting relevant offers and merchants now knowing who to target. Using historical credit card and merchant transaction data, we pinpoint offers that would be relevant based on factors such as purchase category, location, behavior, etc. For example, a local coffee shop could send a reward to someone in their area who has “Commute" transactions, such as “Bus” or “Subway". This data then helps improve future offers from merchants via our portal, where we use algorithms to find the best match given criteria such as “find new customers” or “drive repeat traffic". POP connects consumers and merchants to create a stronger rewards network on both sides.
