As housing prices increase, this increases the perception that buying your first home is un-affordable and achievable. This may be true in the area you live in today, but doesn't necessarily take into consideration what other alternatives you have to ultimately achieve your goal of buying a house, to make into your own home. On the other side to this, the process of obtaining finance and proceeding through the process appears complex, disjointed and each person you speak to, has a contradicting view of how the process will run, ultimately leaving the customer confused and perhaps even lead them to dissolve the life goal. Within the process of construction, there are a number of different parties who are involved, each with their own vested interest, but when combined in one seamless process, not only can each party fulfill their interests, but they could increase engagement, increase satisfaction as well as decreasing or mitigating risk associated with finance and construction. We're building an engaging communication platform that is tailored to the home construction industry. Facilitate self service, self-empowerment & communication between all the interested parties (Customer, Broker, Lender, Land Agent, Builder etc..) in order to simplify the process, increase open communication and increase client satisfaction, provide a seamless process and decrease risk for other interested parties.
