Nice!

Why would consumers opt in to sharing their heart rate? Would the incentive be a social one?
Lilly Maceachern - 3386d
we spent a good chunk of time discussing this...it would be great for recommendation engines..your heart raced for so and so, or this type of movie

also the data is much more than just heart rate...you could hook up to any of the other growing health wearables. also, there is an incentive for a fun and creative way to connect with friends or other fans of the same show/movie

a couple of our slides had this but we ran a little short of time!

There's social incentive involved and users love to learn things about themselves and like having some identity to attach to. (Similar to quizzes on Buzzfeed such as 'What Ice Cream flavor are you?' or 'What 90's Icon are you most like?)

Not sure about the marketing use for the heart rate information. Anything actionable?
Lilly Maceachern - 3386d
one of plusses about heart rate and other biometric data is that it is less subjective and one of the more objective and useful data points for marketing, instead of directly marketing the heart rate info per se

Really nice concept - could be used for test screenings as well as a great Gamification opportunity.
