As you might understand now, this is a full stack of business model to tackling a real problem, which is to empower the woman by providing opportunity to make extra income, by making full use of MasterCard Simplify and MoneySend API. I realise I failed to deliver my messages for your full understanding due to the constraint of the one-minute public demo. I a bit disappointed that the result is based more on the skill of presentation and visual art than the relevance, impact, simplicity, and integration of the solution itself... Nevertheless, I accept and respect judges’ decision, and congratulations to the winners.

Benefit to hairdressers: Publicity to attract bigger customer base
Benefit for customers: Ease to locate in house hairdressers when they need cheaper and salons not available
Revenue model:
1. Charge hairdresser per times of haircut by default (using Simplify API), but if hairdresser want to save cost when business go big, she can choose to do monthly payment (which is cheaper).
To enable this to happen, customers are encouraged to use master card payment (using Send API) by some incentive e.g. 3 times of free haircuts.

In fact, anyone, regarless of gender, can be in house hairdresser as a part time job. However, as how I observe it is mostly mid-age or elderly who are doing so.
