About this event

SMART DEVNET together with TV5 and Smart Public Affairs are inviting all developers to participate in HACKSYON: #BilangPilipino Hackathon. This is a perfect occasion for developer teams to build an application that will make use of TV5 (tv5.com.ph) 's election-related datasets as well as the Open Data datasets from http://data.gov.ph.

ELIGIBILITY
You are eligible to enter if you meet the following requirements at time of entry:
● The challenge will be open to groups with 2 to 4 members
● You are a resident of the Philippines (you do not need to be a citizen)
● You want to help Filipino voters make informed decisions on Election Day
● You are eager to collaborate and innovate
