About this event

First ever HACKER-SUMMIT in Hyderabad! Celebrating hackers and hacking. Celebrate hot tech startup founders/CTOs, exciting talks, open source/tech thought leaders leading hacker unconferences, deliberate on new hack technologies, debate ethical hacking, spot-create tech solutions, showcase recent hackathon winners and more.

As a part of the summit we are organising a hackathon which will focus on issues of Smart Cities and you will have to hack your way to a smarter city, lots of prizes to be won with internship/job opportunity.

  1. Fair Play
    Start the project when the hackathon starts. To keep the competition fair, kindly don't come with projects which are already built/developed. Though it's allowed to work on designs, frameworks and resources which are available for everyone, but try to keep things fair.

  2. Code Review
    Code of top teams will be reviewed by our experts.

  3. Intellectual Property
    Teams have full ownership of anything they develop at our hackathons.

  4. Team Size
    Teams of up to 5 people are allowed.

  5. Submissions
    All the teams must upload all the details related to their project on http://www.hackathon.io/hackers-summit/

  6. DEMO your Hack
    You must show a working prototype/model of your product which you've built at the hackathon. No power-points will be allowed. 3 minutes presentation 2 minutes Q&A from Judges
