Couldn't understand execution and link between offline and online but assuming it works it might be of significant value.

Too complex, also overlaps with existing stuff like AdBidX on the offline measurement side and a bunch of adserving solutions on the online side.

Very hard to understand the USP and what the product was, need to work on the pitch, especially linking the physical advert with the digital ad click. Look at partnering with LeadBolt (etc) rather than compete.
