We get it. Don't forget that we had to use Simplify commerce for the hackathon which is not ideal at all (cost wise). Money Send would be a better platform for this. People don't seem to realize the time gained by automating monthly rent (or condo fees) without having to do post-dated check and walk to the bank.

Not sure I would be willing as an owner to give away more than 200$ a year in transaction fees (for a 1000$/mth rent)
