A simple and valuable idea. In order to scale this, it would be worth asking why this hasn't been done already, and what are the barriers to executing this in practise (if we assume the CSR motive is in itself strong enough).

I think this will struggle to get funding, unless a corporate or profitable angle can be found. Potential could be to pitch this to the HKSAR government.

Great execution but not solving the right problem of food waste - recycling the left over non cooked and super market non sold items that are trashed.
