A lot of apps are already in this space, and this sort of app solely require excellent execution. This then becomes more a marketing challenge rather than a technical one.

Nice concept and anything that reduces the noise and complexity of scheduling is great. I think you might actually have too many features. Keep it "bullsheet" is free and you might be onto something!
