Every day, all over the world, businesses and individuals are removing paper and signing important business and personal documents /contracts online. From signing a sales contract, to signing an employment contract, and everything in between. With the ability to do everything digitally, you can reduce the amount of time it takes to sign and receive a contract. However, a significant portion of the digitized information is hosted on disparate systems, which results in a lack of transparency and efficiency, and a higher incidence of inaccuracies that creates a greater potential for fraud. Block chain technology--a digitized, distributed ledger that immutably records and shares information—could enable the corporate industry to address these inefficiencies and inaccuracies.Our project deals with the generation and management of digital contracts in corporate sector through blockchain technology.
