Ethereum Atlas is a tool for allowing governments to transparently manage deeds and physical real estate transfers. It provides tools to allow for paper deeds which contain cryptographically secure keys, auditable ownership chains, and online property transfer. Further government agents retains the ability to re-issue or transfer deeds without the original deed, but only with the approval of multiple government agents.
