About

Companies hire top talent, develop them, then hemorrhage well-trained employees to competitors before their full contribution is realized. Women make $80 when men make $100 because they have historically not had the power to chart the course of their lives, vote, own wealth, travel independently without fear, and work. Now that we have the institutional and cultural ability to independently do these things in the United States, it’s up to us to bridge the professional gap. When women make up 51% of the U.S. and similar numbers of men and women work, leading companies need a way to differentiate themselves and show their commitment to equal pay, growth, and the culture of thriving in order to not lose talented workers in highly competitive talent markets. Those who may feel underappreciated - women, men, middle-aged, and etc - leave. Let's make the product that allows the workplace to be a place of equal reward for equal value across genders.
