4) Simple rules - no managers, no leads - you are your own boss - get the best of your ideas, best of your execution strategies, and the hunger to make something. Only catch is every one of you should be involved. So guys you need to pump up each other if someone's very excited and someone's not (I am super excited and will do my best)
