About
We envision a future where drones can help mitigate against loss of life immediately following natural disasters. With the help of Bluemix blockchain technology. DroneLine uses a delocalized network of ad-hoc drone operators, which alone cannot travel far. Via our network we can rapidly assemble and deploy drones to remote locations around the world. Drones and their payloads will be monitored using blockchain technology which will enable them to be “handed-off” as they traverse longer distances than initially anticipated. Drones are sent out to assess damage and look for survivors, which are then located on our map and hand-held radios Survivors can then ask for emergency supplies: water, food, medicine, and shelter. Our networked drones can provide real-time assistance to those in need including hot-swapping batteries for increased range. Once drones have completed their missions they return to their Hive for recharging and their next mission. A safe delivery system for the right century
