May need to think through more pragmatic issues that it may cause for the garage / spare driveway owner and the user - for example, illegally parked cars (that the council also has issues with!)

Will have some challenges around monitoring/access, removing cars that have parked illegally. Interesting idea, liked the design and simplicity.
