About

This chatbot using Telegram API provides suggestions to travel destinations across the world, with deals from Expedia, Past travels, and current preferences. The data is retrieved using Expedia's APIs for package search, points of interest, geography, flight deals etc. We are extracting features such as travel duration, hotel ratings, points of interest nearby, cost and savings. Our target is to maximize the savings, points of interest, and hotel ratings; and minimize cost and travel duration. For this, we have used the extremely robust IBM Watson Trade-off Analytics API. Scalability: This product can be scaled to a larger extent by using more data (given by Expedia) - by using this, we can also incorporate past search and travel trends of the user.
