Good use of Discover assets. The UI/UX is clean. Concerned about the complexity of the fulfillment of the promotion.

I'm not sure it offers enough of a benefit to change existing payment platform choices, and it may be difficult to get the merchants to sign on to give meaningful discounts to friends of a per transaction basis.
