This seems to be a useful tool for analysts to organize and share relational textual (and possibly other) data, but not a true search engine. This would require additional training for analysts to use effectively, and would have no real utility for external customers. Recommend sharing with Analysis tech & tradecraft, but not forwarding to next round.
