On August 16th and 17th, WebGeek Philippines will be hosting the third iteration of the WebGeek DevCup Hackathon at the Meralco Multi-Purpose Hall, Meralco Compound, Ortigas. Whether you’re a developer, technologist or designer. we’d love to see you there!

Rules & Requirements:

Registration. Only registered teams will be only to compete. Participants must register as a team or individual and each group can be composed of 3 members maximum. (Registration Link: http://webgeek-devcup-2014.eventbrite.com/)

Procedure. In this event, participants will be given 2 days to develop an app on the theme to be given that day. Staying overnight is not allowed ( must vacate by 12MN, come back by 10AM the following day)

Hack. You can build either a mobile, web app, platform or desktop application.

Languages & Tools. You can use whatever programming language/development tools/frameworks/API you want.

No Offsite Development. All development must be performed on-site between the aforementioned start and end times for the event.

Demo/Judging. Participants will present their output from their respective tables. Judges will roam around to individually check and test each output.
